24/7 Emergency Wildlife Removal
Contact Us
The Critter Team is a veteran-owned wildlife removal company serving the Greater Houston metro area from two offices, one in Humble and one in Spring. We answer the phone day and night, including weekends and holidays, because wildlife problems rarely keep business hours. If you’ve got something in your attic, walls, chimney, yard, or anywhere else it doesn’t belong, call the office closest to you and we’ll take it from there.
For the fastest response, call us directly. If your situation isn’t urgent or you prefer to write things out, use the form below or send an email to thecritterteam@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you the same day in most cases.

Contact Questions We Get Often
Which office should I call?
Call whichever number is closer to you. If you’re east of I-45, the Humble office is closer. If you’re west of I-45, the Spring office is closer. Either office can help you regardless of where you call from, so don’t worry too much about getting it perfect. We route the work to whichever crew is closest to your address.
Do you really answer the phone at night?
Yes. Someone answers day, night, weekends, and holidays. Most after-hours calls are people who just walked into a snake on the porch or are hearing something in the attic at 11 PM and need to know if it can wait until morning. We can usually tell you over the phone whether it’s an emergency or something we can schedule for the next available appointment.
Do you charge for inspections or estimates?
Phone consultations are always free. We do offer free onsite inspections as well depending on your location and the issue. The majority of the time, we can tell you what the issue may be and give you an accurate estimate over the phone just by gathering a few details.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. Mike is a veteran and we extend a discount to active duty, veterans, and first responders. Just mention it when you call.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, check, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and cryptocurrency. For larger exclusion and repair jobs that require materials, we typically take a 50% deposit up front and the balance on completion.
What to Expect When You Call
You’ll usually talk to Victoria, our office manager, or one of the field technicians if Victoria is on another line. We’ll ask a few questions to figure out what’s going on: what you’re hearing, where you’re hearing it, when it started, and whether you’ve seen anything. From there we can give you a sense of what’s likely involved, schedule an inspection, or in some emergency situations, send a technician out the same day.
Phone consultations are free. We don’t quote prices over the phone for exclusion or repair work because every house is different and the only honest way to give you a number is to look at your specific situation. For trapping-only jobs we can usually get you in a general range over the phone.
