Had a Bat Problem in garage and attic. The Critter Team came and did an inspection with photos and went over details with me of what they found and what they would do to take care of it. They were done within 3 weeks or so including the cleanup. Even did a little touch-up painting for me. Can't say enough about Mike, Jeff and Julio. Great guys, great company and great and complete warrantyread more

We had some kind of animal living in our attic so we called The Critter Team. Mike was very responsive and although I was calling on the weekend, he explained to me what the situation was and what he could do to help. He came out a couple of days later to fit my schedule and he quickly found that it was a raccoon and he found where it was getting into the attic from. He placed a trap and within 24 hours, he caught the culprit. Even though it was storming the following day, he came out and took the animal and cage as well as sealed up the hole for us. I highly recommend the Critter Team for raccoon trapping and all means of wildlife control. Critter Team has gained a customer for life.read more

Mike was super helpful, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Came in and took two raccoons that were living in our yard out in 1 day. Now I don't have to worry about seeing raccoons dig through my garbage bins. Huge thanks to The Critter Team!

I had a dead animal somewhere. I called and The Critter Team came out first thing the next day, found the thing in my chimney, removed it, and sealed up the flue with grating material. Excellent service. (Tad was my guy - good man.)

Paid up front in full $1100.00. Critter Team set traps but never returned. Their contract states daily maintenance, but after a week and 2 voice messages unanswered, nothing. At 8 days, I spoke with a woman who answered Mike's number and asked her to send someone out because the raccoons had ripped out another soffit vent cover and were bypassing the traps. I never received a callback, never received a visit. I called another raccoon removal company who covered all soffit vents with 16 gauge wire, and overlaid with a brand new vent cover and removed Critter Team traps. New company placed live trap in attic and the raccoon was caught that night. I do not recommend The Critter Team, they abandoned the job.read more

I wouldn’t leave any stars, someone mentioned great customer service. Well that’s were I don’t think so, they came out and charged their inspection fee and then asked for 50% down to order material. Well here it is almost 3 months now and they won’t respond to texts or voicemails. He mentions veteran owned and that meant a lot. Just wondering if it’s all a scheme to make money and never do the work expected.read more

We called the Critter Team to remove a raccoon that we had already trapped. They did come out promptly so for that I would have given a high rating. The raccoon and the trap were in our attic so they had to walk up our attic stairs located inside the house lift the trap and leave with the critter. He promised to return the trap(we had borrowed it from a friend) on Monday 1/6/2020. It is now 1/13/2020 and it still has not been returned. My husband and myself have made phone calls and sent texts (the texts were ignored) asking that the trap be returned as promised and the response to phone calls is always we'll get it to you today or tomorrow. We paid well over 200 dollars for someone to walk up our attic stairs and take the trap and raccoon away and we certainly did not complain about the costs BUT now we get to pay an additional 60 to replace a trap we borrowed from our friend because they will not return the trap as promised. They pride themselves on being/hiring veterans well my husband is also a veteran, a former marine that served in desert storm. Nice way to treat your veteran customers.read more
